Awesome mate, a little more contrast here and there, some darker browns/oranges in the skin tones and it could be even better! (imho...)

Although I'm basing these suggestions on a screen version of the original, I'd sell my own Grandma for parts to see an actual Sargent exhibition.

That reminds me though, haven't done a Sargent study in ages...
